What is NARPM?

The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) was founded in 1986 in Tennessee as a not-for­profit corporation, to promote professionalism and education for the professional manager of small residential properties. Today, NARPM has more than 70 chapters and over 2,200 members. Its nationally recognized education program leads to the prestigious Residential Property Management Professional (RMP®) and the Master Property Manager (MPM®) designations.

NARPM is the only national organization focused primarily on Residential Property Management, which means that the organization centers on topics that matter to you.
NARPM’s outstanding educational programs provide you with a platform to learn from the industry’s top leaders and can also result in nationally-recognized professional designations that enhance your credibility. NARPM members stay current on industry news via the NARPM newsletter, Residential Resource, and gain from the knowledge contained in publications available only through NARPM. Who can be a member?

Members of NARPM must be real estate professionals engaged in the management of single-family residential properties, licensed in their state if the state requires it.
